FAQ -2 :

8.) Is a name change possible?

Yes, a name change is possible.

9.) What are the payment terms?

Payment terms are 50% advance with the remaining 50% balance due once the order has been completed.

10.) Are Escrow orders accepted?

We do not accept Escrow orders at the present time since the initial deposit is required by the government sources for order processing.

11.) How secure is my information? Can I contact previous clients about your services?

We do not collect, retain, or store any information of our customers. Neither do we supply, sell or provide information in any way to third parties concerning our clients.

12.) What happends to the initial 50% deposit if the application is not approved?

In the unlikely event the application is rejected and documents not issued, there will be a complete refund of the initial deposit. This has happened very rarely in the past, and the success rate is 99%.

14.) Will my current government be notified of the new citizenship?

No!

15.) What kind of documents are required for order processing?

This varies from country to country, but the general requirements for naturalization are: a copy of valid passport or government issued picture ID, the copy of your birth certificate and a police certificate showing no criminal record. The police certificate can be arranged if needed from a 3rd country at additional cost ($200).
